Job Description

Role Overview
* Install, commission, and service IP CCTV and access control systems
* Work with Milesight cameras, Cathexis VMS, ACT, Salto, and Comelit
* Troubleshoot, upgrade, and maintain complex systems
* Liaise with suppliers and sales teams to uphold technical standards
* Lead by example—setting benchmarks in quality and performance
What You’ll Bring
* Solid experience with analogue/IP CCTV and access control
* Strong understanding of RF, copper, and fibre optic transmission
* Confident with IT networks, AV tech, and blueprint interpretation
* Relevant qualifications preferred; leadership/project experience a plus
* Clear communicator with a hands-on, solutions-first mindset
