📍 Hockley Dental Surgery | 💰 From £15.00 per hour (depending on experience)
🕘 Full-time or Part-time | Permanent | 24–40 hours per week
Are you an experienced Dental Nurse ready to step into a leadership role?
Hockley Dental Surgery, a well-established private dental practice, is seeking a confident, qualified Head Dental Nurse to lead our nursing team and help us continue delivering outstanding patient care.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support a team of dental nurses to ensure clinical efficiency and compliance
*
Assist dentists with a range of private procedures, ensuring the highest standards of patient care
*
Manage clinical operations, stock control, and infection prevention protocols
*
Oversee audits, CQC compliance, and day-to-day workflow
*
Chair regular nurse meetings and contribute to staff training and development
*
Work closely with the Practice Manager to maintain a safe and efficient clinical environment
What We’re Looking For:
*
GDC-registered Dental Nurse (essential)
*
Minimum of 3 years’ dental nursing experience
*
Previous leadership or senior nurse experience preferred
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Knowledge of SOE (Exact) software is a plus
*
Passionate about patient care and team development
