Lead Developer - AI & Low-Code Platforms
£800/day Inside IR35 | End of FY
Lead Developer needed for AI programme. Hands-on role combining low-code platform expertise (Power Platform) with Python/AI development and technical leadership.
The Role
Hands-on development with low-code platforms (Power Platform) and Python
Make technical and architectural decisions for AI projects
Build solutions using AI frameworks (LangChain) and cloud AI services
Collaborate with product owners and user researchers
Provide technical direction to team of 15
Essential Skills
Strong low-code/no-code platform experience (Power Platform) - disqualifying if absent
Python proficiency for AI development
AI frameworks experience (LangChain)
Microsoft stack (SharePoint, Power Platform, Azure AI Foundry)
Cloud AI services (Vertex, Bedrock, Azure AI)
Experience leading teams and making technical decisionsBefore You Apply
