Link3 is looking for a (Lead) Early Years Educator to join our nursery group in DA8 Erith
London!
We’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic professional who will inspire and support our staff to deliver high-quality, inclusive early years education and care. As a key leader in our setting, you will play a pivotal role in fostering a nurturing, stimulating, and engaging environment where children can thrive.
As the (Lead) Early Years Educator, you will:
Lead and inspire a team to provide creative, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning opportunities.
Model best practices, demonstrating sensitive and responsive interactions that extend children’s learning.
Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment where every child feels valued.
Support the nursery management team in delivering outstanding care and education in line with our policies and procedures.
Take responsibility for curriculum planning, ensuring activities align with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
Oversee the setting in the absence of the Assistant Manager and Manager.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education and Childcare (or equivalent).
Post-qualification experience in early years education and childcare.
A strong understanding of child development, curriculum planning, and inclusive practices.
Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS), Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Code of Practice, safeguarding procedures, and equality and diversity policies.

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: 40 hours per week, 52 weeks a year
