Site Based: Commutable from Grampound, Probus, Summercourt, Truro, St Austell, Tregony and Surrounding Areas
Are you a Lead Electrical Engineer looking to spearhead CapEX projects from cradle to grave within a team of experts, allowing you to further progress your career through excellent industry training, showcasing your skills as a technical expert and the go-to engineer within the team?

This Specialist Company have a reputation in the South-West for being a great place to work as shown by their retention rate, great culture and investment into their engineers. Due to continued expansion and upcoming projects, they are now looking for a Process Engineer to come in and shape the production line.
On offer is a Lead position within a team of technical experts, where you will be responsible for taking ownership of the production line, ensuring maintenance is conducted effectively and on time, offering technical supervision and training, CI & Lean Manufacturing support amongst other duties.
This role would suit a Lead Electrical Engineer looking to spearhead projects and make a real impact within a rapidly growing company with great training and development opportunities.
The Role:
*Full Ownership of the Production Line working on brand new specialist equipment

*Site Based Monday-Friday
