Description
As the Lead Electrical Engineer you will be tasked with the following;
Supervise and lead a team of electrical technicians to ensure smooth daily operations.
Oversee maintenance and repair of electrical systems and equipment within the manufacturing facility.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
Plan and execute preventive maintenance schedules to minimise downtime.
Collaborate with other departments to support production goals and resolve technical issues.
Analyse and troubleshoot electrical faults, providing swift resolutions.
Maintain accurate records of electrical works, maintenance, and inspections.
Provide training and mentorship to team members to enhance skill levels.Profile
A successful Lead Electrical Engineer should have:
Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems within industrial and manufacturing environments.
A Time served Electrical Apprenticeship
Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field.
Wiring regulations (16th, 17th or 18th)
Experience of PLC Fault Finding
Understanding of health and safety regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
Strong communication and organisational abilities.Job Offer
