Job Description

Involve Recruitment are looking for an experienced Lead Electrical Supervisor to oversee domestic electrical services projects across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire. This role combines hands-on electrical expertise with team leadership, managing a small group of skilled operatives to deliver high-quality installations and maintenance.
Key Responsibilities
  * 
    Supervise and coordinate domestic electrical installations, testing, and maintenance works
  * 
    Lead, manage, and support a small team of qualified electricians
  * 
    Carry out inspection, testing, and certification of works (sign-off) in line with regulations
  * 
    Ensure all work is completed safely, on time, and to a high standard
  * 
    Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal teams
  * 
    Maintain quality control and ensure compliance with current electrical regulations (BS 7671)
  * 
    Oversee site documentation, reporting, and progress tracking
  * 
    Assist with planning, scheduling, and allocation of labour and materials
Requirements
  * 
    Proven experience in domestic electrical services
  * 
    NICEIC Approved Contractor or Qualified Supervisor status (able to inspect, test, and sign off work)
  * 
    Strong working knowledge of BS 7671 (IET Wiring Regulations)
  * 
    Previous supervisory or team leadership experience
  * 
    Excellent communication and organisational skills
  * 
    Ability to manage multiple projects and work independently
  * 
    Full UK driving licence
