Lead Electrician
Concept Resources are currently recruiting for the following role:
* Lead Electrician – Be Part of Something Bigger
* Based ideally in Northamptonshire or Bedfordshire
* Company van + fuel card + personal use
* Full-time, salaried role (no cap for the right person)
We’re looking for an experienced Electrician ready to step into a leadership role — someone who can run teams on site, build a strong team culture, and be a key part of our journey as we take our fast-growing electrical business to the next level.
This is more than a tools-only role — we want someone who’s committed, takes ownership, and is excited by the idea of shaping the future of a company built on hard work, reputation, and ambition.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Leading site teams on a range of installation projects
* Taking ownership of site performance, team coordination, and safety
* Helping grow the culture and standards of our business from the ground up
* Working across a mix of projects including:
* Industrial production facilities
* Commercial new builds (e.g. sports pavilions)
* High-rise flats in and around London
What We’re Looking For:
* A fully qualified and experienced electrician (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
* Strong leadership qualities and experience running jobs
* A hands-on attitude and commitment to getting the job done right
* Ideally based in Northamptonshire or Bedfordshire
* ECS Gold Card preferred
