What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and manage the endoscopy team, ensuring effective use of staff and resources.
* Maintain and promote high standards of patient care and clinical practice.
* Oversee the JAG Accreditation process, ensuring compliance and excellence.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes and team dynamics.
What we’re looking for:
* Qualified RGN or ODP with current NMC or HCPC registration.
* Proven experience in managing JAG Accreditation processes.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and develop a team.
* Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care and clinical practice.
