You'll be leading takeoffs, contributing to project planning, and influencing key decisions across the full lifecycle of high-value builds, all within a high-performance, forward-thinking environment.

Lead and own the estimating process across a variety of projects
Manage material takeoffs and quantity surveys
Collaborate with project teams from preconstruction through to execution
Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and support detailed bid submissions
Engage in strategic discussions around pricing, risk, and value engineeringThe Person:
Proven experience as a Lead Estimator or Senior Estimator in a construction or manufacturing setting
Strong takeoff, cost analysis, and bid preparation skills
Comfortable staying hands-on throughout the lifecycle of a project
