Are you a proactive and driven individual with a passion for sales and business development? Do you thrive in fast paced environments and love the challenge of uncovering new opportunities? Our client is expanding and are looking for a lead generation executive to join their team. It's a pivotal position where you will be at the forefront of identifying and qualifying new business leads across an internal market. You could be in a similar role already and looking for a new market, or you could be in a customer service position looking to break into sales - you could even be brand new to the concept but have the motivation to get stuck in.
What You'll Do:
Design and execute lead generation strategies
Research target industries and build prospect lists
Use tools and platforms to carry out outbound prospecting via emails and calls etc
Qualify leads through questioning and market research
Collaborate with the sales teams to handover leads
Monitor metrics and refine approachWho You Are:
Confident communicator
Strong interpersonal skills
Tech-savvy with CRM systems
Ready to grow and make an impactThe role is commutable from Lincoln, Newark, Gainsborough, Scunthorpe and surrounding villages
