Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Mechanical HVAC Engineer This is a hands-on role where you’ll take responsibility for the maintenance, repair, and inspection of a range of mechanical and HVAC systems, ensuring everything operates safely, efficiently, and in line with HTM standards.
Key Responsibilities
*
Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive repairs on mechanical and HVAC systems.
*
Take the lead on regulatory and HTM-specific maintenance for heating, ventilation, and air conditioning equipment.
*
Conduct inspections, fault finding, and minor installation works.
*
Maintain accurate service and maintenance records (digital and paper).
What We’re Looking For
*
Completed a recognised Mechanical Apprenticeship
*
NVQ Level 3 in Maintenance Services (or equivalent qualification)
*
Previous experience within a complex maintenance environment
*
Knowledge of HVAC systems, AHUs, chilled and potable water systems, A/C unit
