Lead Insight Analyst
Location: Manchester (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £50,(Apply online only)
A rapidly growing, private equity backed digital business is looking for a Lead Insight Analyst to join its Data and Analytics team. The company supports millions of members across the UK and partners with well-known consumer brands.
This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment and wants to deliver real impact by turning data into actionable insights.
What you’ll be doing
Work with Marketing, Digital, and Commercial teams to ensure analytics drive decision making.
Optimise omni-channel campaigns (web, email, social, SEO) through analytics, predictive modelling, and segmentation.
Analyse web and app performance, user journeys, and conversion trends.
Support B2B analytics to understand and grow the value of partner relationships.
Design models and analysis that drive customer engagement and business growth.
Build and automate insightful BI dashboards and reporting.
Identify and onboard new data sources with the technology team.
Deputise for the Head of Data when required.
What we’re looking for
Proven experience using advanced analytics to deliver insights that shape business decisions.
Strong SQL coding skills and experience working with large datasets.
Background in digital, direct marketing or B2C analytics.
Skills in data transformation, statistical measurement, and data visualisation/storytelling
Commercially minded with strong communication and collaboration skills.
Degree in Maths, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Proactive, self-motivated, and keen to support both your own development and that of others.
