Your Role:
As the Lead Integrator, you'll play a pivotal role in coordinating dependencies between various teams and stakeholders. You will ensure smooth communication and collaboration across Labs, platforms, and external parties. Here's what you'll be doing:
Establish integration points across Labs/Platforms and effectively communicate them to relevant stakeholders.
Catalog and manage dependencies, enabling teams to deliver at pace.
Identify and resolve blockers, escalating issues to product owners or platform leadership as necessary.
Manage third-party suppliers, ensuring performance meets expectations.
Oversee complex implementations requiring collaboration between multiple internal and external parties.
Coordinate the integration process across shared infrastructure, ensuring safe and timely delivery.
Provide governance expertise for various change initiatives across programs.What You'll Need:
To thrive in this role, you should possess:
Strong experience with Agile methodologies and tools, with a knack for managing agile teams.
Excellent stakeholder management skills, capable of building long-term relationships and resolving blockers effectively.
Proficiency in planning, tracking, reporting, and governance to keep stakeholders informed.
Experience in tackling critical risks and dependencies arising from agile meetings.
Proven leadership skills to foster a positive and respectful work environment.
Coaching and feedback abilities that promote growth and development among team members.Bonus Points for Experience In:
Change management governance/methodology.
Delivering complex and high-risk implementations.
