Contract: Full-time | Long-term (Mon-Fri, 8:20am-3:40pm)
Location: Victoria, Westminster
Salary: £105-£115 per day (PAYE only)

This is an exciting opportunity to step into a senior support role, with responsibility for small group interventions, mentoring newer TAs, and working closely with school leadership to raise attainment in Key Stage 2.

🎒 About the Role
Supporting a Year 6 class with a focus on SATs preparation, group work and 1:1 support.
Leading booster groups in literacy and numeracy.
Assisting with mentoring responsibilities for newer TAs across upper KS2.
Reporting to the Assistant Headteacher for phase coordination.
👤 The Ideal Candidate
Strong experience supporting in KS2 (Year 5 or 6 preferred).
Confident in delivering interventions and supporting behaviour.
Ideally has a background in mentoring, senior TA, or HLTA duties.
Clear communicator, team player and highly organised.
