You’ll be the first point of contact for our client and expected to take a proactive role in both management and hands-on support when required.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone ready to step into a leadership role, with a clear path toward full management.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 3–4 engineers (mechanical, electrical, and fabric disciplines).
Oversee and ensure the delivery of all M&E building services on site.
Act as the first point of contact for the end client; maintain a professional and responsive on-site presence.
Monitor PPM and reactive maintenance tasks to ensure timely completion.
Support with quoting, planning, and overseeing additional works and minor projects.
Use tools as needed for urgent or emergency works to avoid service delays.
Provide technical guidance, supervision, and mentorship to the on-site team.
Maintain site documentation and reports using Excel, Word, and relevant software tools (including Copilot).
Operate from the landlord side only (no in-apartment work, HIUs only).

Strong working knowledge of M&E building services.
Experience managing or supervising engineering teams in a commercial or residential setting.
Competent with Microsoft Excel, Word, and general IT tools (Copilot knowledge a plus).
