Lead Mathematics Teacher - SEN
Sudbury, Suffolk
Up to £43,000 per year (DOE) | Full Time, Permanent | 40 hours per week
Leader Group is delighted to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a dedicated and experienced Lead Mathematics Teacher. This is a fantastic opportunity to take on a leadership role in delivering high-quality Maths education within a supportive specialist setting.
The Role
As Lead Mathematics Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging Maths lessons across the curriculum.
Establish personalised learning routes to support every pupil's progress.
Provide one-to-one guidance and encourage independent learning and research.
Set, mark, and assess homework and assignments, recording pupil progress and reporting on outcomes.
Lead on curriculum planning and ensure delivery is aligned with Ofsted educational standards.
About You
We are looking for someone who:
Has a passionate and committed approach to supporting students with SEND.
Brings at least two years' experience in a SEND environment or similar provision.
Holds QTS/QTLS (advantageous but not essential).
Can inspire, motivate, and lead both students and colleagues in the teaching of Mathematics.
