Hoop Nursing are seeking a passionate and dedicated Clinical Lead Nurse to join a well-established and long standing nurse and care team in the Bridgend area.

This is a lovely opportunity for an experienced Lead Nurse who is passionate about delivering outstanding standards of care and supporting a team to achieve excellence.

We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is:

  * Registered with the NMC with a valid PIN

  * Experienced within a nursing home or elderly care environment

  * Confident leading and supporting a clinical team

  * Knowledgeable of CIW regulations and clinical governance
