Job Description
Career-makers Recruitment are looking for a "Team Leader" for our client in the Trafford park, M17 area.
Shift: Monday - Friday 2 pm - 10 pm
Pay rate: £13.77 per hour a
Key Responsibilities would be:
* Lead and organise each packing shift to ensure the production targets are met
* Supervise and train packer to follow the companies operating process
* be responsible for updating the production board and handing over to the next shift
* highlight any production quality or equipment issues to the injection mould tool setters.
* make sure the factory is clean and tidy at the end of each shift
* work with factory manager or improvement projects and ideas.
The candidate should:
* Have knowledge of Excel and Word.
* Able to work under pressure and with deadlines.
* Good interpersonal skills
* Understand importance of overtime, especially in Peak Time
* Flexible on days and shift worked throughout the week including weekends.
* Hard working & enthusiastic
* Able to create a positive work environmentBefore You Apply
