Job Description
PM Group require Project Planning expertise to support a Pharmaceuticals manufacturing site in the Flemish Region of Belgium.
Responsibilities
The role will include:
* Responsibility for development and management of detailed schedules to cover the Construction stage of projects.
* Responsibility for development and management of project controls tools.
* Critical Path development & analysis.
* Engaging and supporting the project team from early stages.
* Providing performance updates / reports views for identification of variances and corrective action.
* Identification of project milestones, monitor & report on same.
* Liaising with the project management team with regular schedule performance status reports.
* Establishing project schedule resource requirements.
* Willing and comfortable to be on site fortnightly
* Developing and Communicating tools for the target completion of project goals.
* Providing valued input to Constructability Reviews.
* Developing and maintaining collaborative relationships with the Client.
* Establishing project objectives in line with the client and help to ensure goals & timelines are achieved.
* Execution of projects via an established Quality Management system.
Qualifications
The required qualifications and attributes are:
* Expert in Primavera P6 software
* Experience in scheduling the construction phase of a project
* Sound knowledge of design and construction sequence and logic
* Pharmaceutical experience would be beneficial but not essential
* Experience in using and understanding earned value progress required
* Experience in all phases of home office engineering required
* Excellent oral and written communication skills required
* EU Passport
* Bachelor or Master degree qualified in Construction, Engineering or other allied third level qualification beneficialBefore You Apply
