A progressive and creative secondary school in Swindon is seeking a Lead Practitioner of Art to raise standards of teaching, learning, and engagement within the Art department. Deep knowledge of fine art, media, or design with experience in KS3–KS5
*
Proven record of leading improvements in student outcomes or teaching quality
*
A passion for creativity, expression, and diverse cultural perspectives
*
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
*
An Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)
