Champion outstanding teaching and learning in Maths across our Havering school as our Lead Practitioner!
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Maths teacher with a passion for excellence to join us as a Lead Practitioner. You will be a role model of exceptional practice and play a key role in raising standards across the department.
Key Responsibilities:
* Model exemplary teaching in Maths, including lesson planning, delivery, and assessment.
* Observe and provide constructive feedback to Maths teachers to enhance their practice.
* Lead the development and sharing of high-quality teaching resources and strategies.
* Organise and deliver departmental training sessions on effective pedagogy.
* Contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures.
* Support the Head of Maths in raising student attainment.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.

* Deep understanding of effective teaching methodologies in Maths.
