What you’ll be doing:
* Lead and coordinate the daily clinical operations of the pre-assessment department, ensuring safe staffing levels and effective patient care.
* Supervise and support nursing staff, allocating duties based on patient needs and development goals.
* Manage rotas, annual leave, and study leave to maintain service continuity.
* Collaborate with senior management to support strategic service development and ensure efficient care delivery.
What we’re looking for:
* Registered Nurse (Adult) with valid NMC registration.
* Proven experience in a senior nursing or supervisory leadership role. We welcome applications from experienced Senior Nurses looking to step up into a leadership role.
* Strong understanding of clinical governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance.
* Excellent communication, mentorship, and decision-making skills.
