My client is currently looking to recruit an experienced Lead Production Engineer to join their site near Falkirk. You will be working with a successful manufacturer, that have a culture on site that is results-driven with a strong focus on continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:
Support R&D and manufacturing with new product introductions
Creation and modification of manufacturing data (production routing and BOM data) within the ERP system
Technical support to manufacturing operations
Developing and maintaining production documentation
Analysing production processes and information identifying areas of improvement, using Lean, value and quality Engineering principles
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve production issuesExperience required:
Educated to at least HND level in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering or similar
Proven experience in a production engineering role
Strong problem solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience of Lean Manufacturing
