Daytime Healthcare are recruiting on behalf of the UK's #1 Rated Plastic Surgery Group (on Trustpilot), who are seeking a Clinical Lead Nurse to join their brand new Manchester Surgical Clinic located in Hale Barns. The clinic is due to open in early Q4 2025.
This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role within one of the UK’s highest-rated cosmetic surgery brands. The group specialises in minor and major plastic surgery procedures, including Liposuction, Eyelid Surgery and more.
As Clinical Lead, you’ll be responsible for:
* Leading and supervising the nursing team across all clinical activity
* Maintaining the highest standards of patient safety and care in line with CQC requirements
* Supporting surgeons during minor surgical procedures
* Managing stock of all clinical supplies and surgical instruments
* Overseeing pre-assessments, admissions, and post-op recovery, including wound care and suture removal
* Supporting CQC compliance, audits, and training frameworks (training provided if required)
* Managing staff rotas and clinical diaries in line with surgeon schedules and theatre demand
Location:
Hale Barns, Altrincham, Greater Manchester
(Monday to Friday, full-time with 1 or 2 Saturdays a month - with time off in lieu on a weekday)
Who we’re looking for:
An experienced Clinical Lead or Senior Nurse from a cosmetic or surgical background. Confident in minor ops, patient care, and team leadership. Theatre experience is highly desirable.
