We are looking for a driven Senior Project Manager with a strong history of business development to drive expansion and growth across the Nordic region and take ownership of developing relationships with high-impact mission critical clients in Swizerland.
The Role As a Senior Project Manager, you’ll lead the successful delivery of major projects, working closely with clients, consultants, and design teams. You’ll be responsible for managing programmes, budgets, and quality outcomes, ensuring every stage of delivery reflects the client’s vision and the firm’s standards of excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Lead multidisciplinary teams through the fit out of a hyperscale data centre
Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact
Coordinate consultants and stakeholders across multiple geographies
Contribute to internal best practice, mentoring junior staff and supporting business growth
About You
5 - 15 years’ experience in project management within construction consultancy environments
Proven track record delivering complex, design-focused projects in Switzerland or wider Europe
Strong knowledge of Swiss planning, procurement, and contract administration
Degree qualified in Engineering, Construction Management, or related discipline
Fluent in English; proficiency in German and/or French preferred
