The Role:
We’re seeking a Lead Senior Software Engineer to combine technical delivery with team leadership. You’ll guide a talented development team, mentor and support colleagues, and play a key role in refining engineering practices. At the same time, you’ll remain hands-on, contributing across the full stack and helping deliver high-quality solutions.
The position is varied, offering the chance to work across modern and legacy systems, cloud platforms, and a broad technology stack. It’s an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys balancing coding and leadership responsibilities.
Key Skills:
Essential
* Strong background in C# software development
* Experience with AWS and/or Azure
* Solid knowledge of SQL (MSSQL, Postgres, or equivalent)
* Proven track record in leading and mentoring developers
* Broad technical foundation with ability to work across frontend and backend
Desirable
* RabbitMQ or other message broker systems
* HTML, CSS, JavaScript (React or Vue desirable)
* Redis, APIs, Git, Bootstrap, SOLR (or equivalent)
* Experience with both modern and legacy systems
Candidate Profile:
* Senior engineer with leadership experience
* Comfortable managing and mentoring developers
* Flexible and adaptable to work across projects and technologies
* Strong communicator and collaborator
* Motivated to improve processes and influence team culture
