Role: Lead Software Engineer
Location: 100% Remote

What you’ll be doing
You’ll lead and inspire a large engineering team, combining Agile delivery with strong mentorship. You’ll shape the long-term technical roadmap, make key engineering decisions, and drive best practices across the team.
You’ll work closely with Product Owners and PMs to deliver high-quality software every two weeks. While you’re happy to get hands-on when needed, your real strength lies in empowering others and leading with impact rather than doing it all yourself.
What you bring
You have solid experience with C#, SQL, JavaScript, and cloud-based distributed systems, along with a strong background in building and executing roadmaps. You think in Agile terms and are confident breaking complex problems into clear, deliverable steps.
You’re organised, able to juggle competing priorities, and bring a steady hand to fast-paced environments. Most importantly, you’re a strong coach and mentor with a proven ability to manage and grow small teams effectively.
