As a Senior Substance Misuse Nurse, you will:
Ensure integrated pathways for service users needing treatment for addiction-related health needs.
Implement and maintain immunisation and vaccination schemes for blood borne viruses.
Encourage continuous professional development within your team.
Deliver clinical services to high standards in line with national guidance.
Manage and develop nursing staff, participating in core training programmes.
Attend and organise relevant clinical advisory groups and meetings.
Collaborate with the Lead Doctor to plan and implement individual treatment programmes.

The Senior Substance Misuse Nurse candidate will have:
Valid NMC registration and current pin.
Significant experience in health/social care, preferably in substance misuse.
Experience managing teams in clinical services and substance misuse.
Knowledge of clinical interventions and UK Drug Strategy.
Strong communication, IT skills, and a facilitative management style.
Ability to manage change and work in partnership with various stakeholders.
