Key Responsibilities:
As Lead Nurse, you will play a key role in managing and guiding a skilled nursing team, while ensuring the delivery of safe, effective, and person-centred care.
Lead on clinical pathways for individuals accessing addiction support
Oversee harm reduction and immunisation programmes
Champion nurse-led projects and encourage innovation
Provide clinical supervision and support to nursing staff
Work closely with NHS colleagues across departments such as A&E, AMU, and Gastroenterology
Maintain high standards in line with national policies and guidance

What You’ll Bring:
Active NMC registration (RGN or RMN)
