You will be part of a high performing team that build and test cutting edge technology that is used by organisations globally and used millions of customers.
They are at an exciting point where the business has continued to scale and now looking for a Lead Test Manager to take them to the next level.
As their Lead Test Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role working in a fast-paced delivery team, responsible for managing multiple concurrent projects, coordinating resources, and ensuring high-quality test delivery.
This role focuses on stakeholder management, test planning, and oversight. While the Test Engineers perform the majority of hands-on testing, you will ensure effective strategy, reporting, and resource allocation across projects.
To be successful you will have experience in the following:
* Proven leadership and stakeholder management experience.
* Background as a Test Lead / Test Manager.
* Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in complex environments.
* Excellent reporting and communication skills – clear, concise, and solution-oriented.
The interview process is 2 stages involved 30 minute Teams call and an hour behavioural /scenario stage.
