Job Role
Redesign Our SaaS and Build Our Design Foundations
We’re looking for a UI/UX Lead Designer to take ownership of design across our SaaS platform and broader business.
This role is about more than just UI polish — it’s about building a scalable design system, leading a team, and driving a full product redesign from the ground up.
You’ll reimagine our bespoke in-house CRM, transforming it into a white-label SaaS product, while ensuring design consistency across everything we create — from product UI to emails and marketing collaterals. Along the way, you’ll set up design best practices, champion accessibility, and help hire and mentor additional designers.
If you’re looking for a role where you can shape design culture, influence strategy, and still stay hands-on in Figma, this is it.
Redesign our bespoke CRM SaaS platform from scratch into a scalable, white-label solution
Build and maintain a design system/style guide that unifies product and brand design
Own our Figma infrastructure — component libraries, prototyping, and workflows
Champion accessibility standards (WCAG) and design best practices
Mentor and manage graphic/UI designers, helping grow an in-house design team
Partner with leadership to recruit additional design talent
Collaborate with product, engineering, and marketing to deliver consistent user experiences
Extend our design system beyond digital — into emails, print, and internal communications
Requirements
6+ years in UI/UX design, with at least 2 years in a lead/management role
Expert-level Figma knowledge (libraries, prototyping, collaboration)
Proven experience building and maintaining design systems at scale
Strong UX background — usability testing, research, accessibility
SaaS or B2B product design experience (CRM experience is a plus)
Portfolio showing end-to-end product design
Strong communication and leadership skills — able to mentor and influence across teams
Comfortable in a fast-moving, startup-style environment
Preferred Qualifications
Experience designing white-label products or multi-brand systems
Familiarity with front-end practices (React, CSS) to collaborate with engineers
Background in both product and brand/marketing design
Experience in SaaS startups or scale-ups
Knowledge of email and print design alongside digital
