Job Description
Coyne Recruitment is proud to be working exclusively with a leading Ofsted Grade 2 leadership training provider, recruiting for a Delivery Coach specialising in Leadership and Management. This role focuses on equality and inclusion and offers the opportunity to work with some of the UK’s top employers, shaping future leaders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver a robust induction, setting clear expectations for learners.
• Identify individual learner support needs and provide tailored interventions.
• Set and review SMART targets to ensure learner progression.
• Provide ongoing guidance, feedback, and support to learners.
• Regularly assess learners against apprenticeship standards.
• Ensure learners complete their programme within set timelines.
• Conduct progress reviews and update management on learner performance.
• Deliver functional skills training within the first 7 months of the programme.
• Collaborate with trainers to ensure a seamless learner experience.
• Promote Equality, Diversity, Safeguarding, and Health & Safety throughout the learner journey.
• Address quality and compliance feedback to meet organisational standards.
• Work closely with employers to ensure learner outcomes and expectations are met.
Qualifications and Experience:
• Assessor Qualification (D32/D33, A1, TAQA, or CAVA) – Essential
• Leadership and Management Level 5 – Desirable
• Minimum 3 years’ occupational experience in a relevant sector – Essential
