Learning & Development Advisor (Part-Time – 25 Hours per Week)

We are looking for a Part-Time Learning & Development Advisor (25 hours per week) to join a leading professional services firm based in Bristol. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a supportive, people-focused environment that values innovation, collaboration and continuous learning.

The Role
Reporting to the Learning & Development Manager, you will help deliver a proactive and engaging L&D service across the firm. You will contribute to the smooth running of the team, support projects, and deliver training that helps people thrive.
Key Responsibilities:

Design and deliver internal training projects across the business using a range of methods (e-learning, video, face-to-face, Metacompliance, etc.)
*
Manage the apprenticeship levy and apprenticeship programme, liaising with providers, managers, and apprentices, and providing career advice and ongoing support
*
Offer guidance on professional qualifications and development opportunities
*
Source and coordinate external training and development initiatives
*
Create engaging digital learning content using tools such as Renderforest, Metacompliance and PageTiger
*
Maintain accurate training records and systems
*
Act as first point of contact in the L&D Manager’s absence and support with wider project work
The person
We are looking for someone who is passionate about learning and development and enjoys working collaboratively to make a difference.
You will have:

Experience in Learning & Development or HR/People Services functions
*
Experience managing apprenticeship programmes and the apprenticeship levy
*
Strong organisational and communication skills
*
Confidence designing and delivering training in a professional setting
*
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (knowledge of Metacompliance and PageTiger desirable)
*
A proactive, enthusiastic approach and the ability to work well in a hybrid team environment
Salary & Benefits
* £32,000 per annum (pro rata for 25 hours)
* 25 days annual leave + bank holidays + up to 1.5 additional days at Christmas (pro rata)
