Description

Provide administrative support for learning and development programmes.
Maintain accurate records and update training databases as required.
Assist in preparing materials and resources for training sessions.
Handle enquiries related to training and development activities.
Support the evaluation and reporting of training outcomes.
Ensure compliance with organisational policies and procedures.
Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments.Profile
A successful Learning and Development Coordinator should have:
