Working for a well-established organisation, you will support the Talent Development team with day-to-day learning and development administration, helping to deliver a smooth and efficient training experience across the business.
This is a 3-month temporary booking with a strong likelihood of extension. The role will be offered on a hybrid basis with 2 office-based days in Wooburn Green and 3 remote working days. Hourly rate £14.00 – £18.00 depending on experience.
Duties:

Maintain and update the Learning Management System and training records
*
Coordinate bookings for internal and external training sessions
*
Support the induction and onboarding process for new starters
*
Monitor and track mandatory training completion
*
Raise purchase orders and process training invoices
*
Respond to internal and external learning enquiries
*
Liaise with providers and internal teams to support training delivery
*
Produce learning reports and ensure data accuracy
Skills and Experience Required:
*
Experience in a training or learning administration role
*
Previous use of Learning Management Systems
*
Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills
*
Confident using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
*
Strong communication skills and a proactive, professional attitude
