£14.60 per hour
Job summary
Working within the Learning & Development function you will support by delivering training needs across the organisation, working with internal and external stakeholders ensuring training requirements are met.
You will assist the People Development and Talent Partner by booking training courses and updating online records ensuring that our client remains compliant.
This is a part-time position; hours of work can be either 16.5hrs or 21.5hrs per week.
Working days are flexible, however Monday is always induction day, so this is non negotiable working day.
Skills and Qualifications
* Minimum of 3 GCSE’s (or equivalent) at Grade 4 or above to include English, Mathematics and a technical/science related subject
* Previous Learning and Development experience
* Proficient with Microsoft Office including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
* Good stakeholder management with strong communication skills
* Confidence using in-house systems or readiness to learn (Oracle)
* Excellent organisational skills
* Excellent MS Office knowledge and experience
* Good written and oral communication skills
