Learning & Development Co-Ordinator
No hybrid working available

A fantastic opportunity to work for our established client, who are a significant player in their market as a Learning & Development Co-Ordinator
Working closely with the COO in this newly created role, as the Learning & Development Co-Ordinator you will be looking to build and lead this department through the next stage of business growth. This is a full-scope position designed to support the people element of this organisation that drives recruitment, retention, culture, and performance across the business.
* The successful candidate will own the design and delivery of innovative learning and development programmes, including onboarding, technical training, compliance, and leadership development pathways.
* Lead the full learning cycle, from planning and budgeting to delivery and post-programme evaluation
* Monitor learning metrics and provide insights to measure impact and ROI of initiatives
* Complete onboarding training with all new starters
* Liaise with all department heads to conduct a ‘training needs’ analysis
* Create a development roadmap/career progression framework for each role within each department that aligns with business objectives as well as personal and professional growth including supporting succession planning and identifying/nurturing high- potential talent
* Design and implement a graduate scheme
* Research and implement a digital learning solution that champions a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing and covers the fundamental business requirements
