We’re recruiting on behalf of a growing and values-led client for a Learning and Development Manager to take ownership of learning and talent development throughout the entire employee lifecycle. Based in Leeds City Centre, the role offers flexible working and excellent long-term progression.   What’s on Offer? Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 per annum (depending on experience) · Benefits: Generous holiday entitlement, enhanced pension, private healthcare, wellbeing initiatives, and regular social events · Hybrid Working: Office-based during probation, with hybrid working available thereafter · Autonomy & Impact: Take ownership of the learning offering across all touchpoints of the employee experience · Career Development: Be part of a business that actively supports professional growth and values internal progression  Key Responsibilities: Employee Lifecycle Development: Build and embed learning experiences that support every stage of the employee journey—from onboarding to career progression and exit · Onboarding & Induction: Design engaging and effective onboarding programmes that set employees up for success · Career Pathways: Develop frameworks for internal progression, supporting employees and managers with clear growth opportunities · Leadership & Management Development: Create and deliver development plans to build leadership capability across departments · Employee Engagement: Support initiatives that enhance employee satisfaction, retention, and cultural alignment · Evaluation & Feedback: Monitor learning effectiveness and gather employee feedback to continuously improve development offerings  Skills, Experience, and Training Requirements: Experience: Proven experience in a learning & development role with a strong focus on the employee lifecycle · Track Record: Designing and delivering L&D initiatives that support onboarding, progression, and retention · Technology: Comfortable using learning platforms and HR systems to deliver and track development activity · Soft Skills: Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder engagement skills, with a passion for people development  How to Apply: If you’re passionate about people and want to shape the learning journey for every employee, we’d love to hear from you.
