Job Description

The Learning and Development Officer will support the Human Resources team in delivering training programmes and employee development initiatives within the industrial and manufacturing sector. This role involves coordinating HR activities and ensuring compliance with company policies at the Burnley location. Description Support the delivery and coordination of training programmes and learning initiatives. Assist with HR and L&D administrative tasks. Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations. Maintain accurate training records and employee development plans. Collaborate with managers to identify training needs and skill gaps. Contribute to the development of HR policies and procedures. Provide guidance on employee relations and performance management. Assist with HR and L&D reporting and data analysis to support decision-making. Support the delivery of people programmes and projects.Profile A successful Learning and Development Officer should have: A solid understanding of HR principles and best practices. Level 3 CIPD Qualification (Desirable) Experience in coordinating training or learning and development initiatives. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in using HR systems and Microsoft Office applications. A proactive attitude and the ability to work collaboratively. Knowledge of the industrial and manufacturing sector is advantageous.Job Offer Competitive salary estimated between £25,000 and £27,000.
