We have schools throughout Trafford that specialises within SEN who are searching for compassionate SEN Teaching Assistants to support pupils with complex learning needs.

Responsibilities of an SEN Teaching Assistant:
Provide 1:1 support to pupils with complex needs and assist pupils to understand instructions.
Assist in implementing individual learning.
Support children during social activities and outings.
Encourage communication and look after their physical/personal needs.
Work with the teacher and SEN team to create a positive learning environment.
Prepare and provide learning materials.
Requirements of an SEN Teaching Assistant:
Be patient and understanding.
Be adaptable in any give situation.
Develop strong and positive relationships with children.
Committed to working as part of a team.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
