We are seeking a Learning Assistant to aid teaching and learning in a secondary school. The role involves working with students across different subjects to help them stay engaged and achieve to their best potential.
Job Description:
Provide 1:1 and small group support during lessons
Assist with lesson preparation and classroom organisation
Support learners with additional needs where required
Contribute to an inclusive learning environment
Requirements:
Experience in an educational setting or working with young people is desirable, but not essential - we value passionate candidates!
Strong communication and organisational skills
Ability to build positive working relationships and encourage progress
A valid DBS check or willingness to obtain one
