Support Worker – Various Services (Learning Disabilities & Autism)
£12.70–£13.70 per hour + enhancements | Flexible hours | Multiple Cornwall-based services
Due to sponsorshp obligations we are unable to offer part-time hours for those requiring sponsorship.
Are you an experienced Support Worker looking for meaningful, person-centred work across a variety of specialist services?
I’m recruiting for several Supported Living and Residential roles supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, complex needs, epilepsy, brain injuries and behavioural needs. These services vary in size, support levels and personalities, so there’s a strong chance we can match you to a setting that genuinely fits your skills and style.
If you have at least six months’ paid experience in the sector and want consistent work with a values-led organisation, I’d like to hear from you.
Package
* £12.30–£13.70 per hour depending on service
* Enhanced overtime rates
* Sleep-in payments where applicable
* Flexible full-time, part-time and casual hours

Responsibilities
* Provide person-centred support tailored to individual needs
* Support with daily living, wellbeing, routines and community access
* Promote independence, choice and positive risk-taking
* Assist with communication needs, including visual aids or Makaton where required
* Deliver personal care safely and respectfully where needed
* Support appointments, medication routines and health-related tasks
* Respond calmly and consistently to distressed behaviours
* Maintain clear, accurate records and follow support guidance
Requirements
* Minimum six months paid social care experience
* Right to work in the UK
* Ability to work flexibly across days, nights or weekends depending on service need
* Full UK driving licence beneficial for some roles
* Confident working independently and as part of a team
* Comfortable supporting people with autism, LD, epilepsy or complex needs
* Patient, reliable, emotionally resilient and values-led
