Learning Mentor - Lewisham - Immediate Start
Full-Time | Long-Term | Flexible Daily Supply Options
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate and dedicated Learning Mentors to join supportive mainstream secondary schools in Lewisham. We have immediate start opportunities available, including both full-time, long-term roles and flexible daily supply options to suit your schedule.
As a Learning Mentor, you'll support students with academic, emotional, and behavioural needs-helping them overcome barriers to learning and achieve their full potential. Working closely with teachers and pastoral teams, you'll deliver tailored mentoring and interventions that promote engagement, confidence, and wellbeing.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people (in schools or similar settings)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A calm, patient, and supportive approach
A valid Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
