I’m delighted to be supporting a small, specialist education provision in the Central London area that works with both primary and secondary learners who have faced challenges in mainstream education.

I’m looking for a Learning Support Practitioner who is passionate about making a difference in young people’s lives. You’ll be working closely with experienced teachers and pastoral staff to help learners overcome barriers, re-engage with their education, and achieve their personal goals.
This role involves supporting individuals and small groups, promoting emotional resilience, positive behaviour, and independence. You’ll help create a safe, inclusive space where learners can thrive both academically and personally.
What You’ll Need:
A genuine passion for supporting young people to reach their potential
Patience, empathy, and a calm, resilient approach
The ability to build positive, trusting relationships with learners and colleagues
Experience in education, youth work, or care (desirable but not essential — full training is provided)
