Job Description
Do you love helping young people thrive in and out of the classroom? We’re looking for an enthusiastic Learning Mentor to support secondary school students with their academic progress and emotional wellbeing.
What You'll Do:
Provide one-to-one and small group support
Help students overcome barriers to learning
Work closely with teachers, SENCOs & pastoral teams
Support behaviour, engagement, and personal developmentWhat You’ll Need:
Experience working with young people (school/mentoring/youth work)
Confident communicator & positive role model
Patience, empathy, and resilience
