We are currently recruiting Learning Mentors to work in dynamic and diverse secondary schools across East London, starting in September 2025 for the new academic year. This is a fantastic opportunity for dedicated individuals looking to make a genuine difference in the lives of young people.
🌟 The Role:
Support students with their academic, emotional, and behavioural development.
Provide one-to-one mentoring and small group interventions.
Work closely with teaching staff and pastoral teams to implement personalised learning strategies.
Help students build confidence, resilience, and positive attitudes towards learning.
✅ About You:
A genuine passion for working with young people.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build strong, supportive relationships with students.
Experience working with children or young people is desirable but not essential.
Ideal for graduates considering a career in teaching or youth work.
