Learning Mentor - Bromley - Immediate Start
Full-Time | Long-Term | Flexible Daily Supply Options
Tradewind Recruitment is seeking passionate and experienced Learning Mentors to work across a variety of welcoming and inclusive secondary schools in Bromley and Southeast London. We have immediate start positions available, with opportunities for both long-term roles and flexible daily supply that can be tailored to your schedule.
As a Learning Mentor, you'll support students with academic, emotional, and behavioural needs-helping them overcome barriers to learning and reach their full potential. You'll work alongside teachers and support staff, providing tailored interventions and mentoring to students who benefit from additional guidance.
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people (in schools or similar settings)
An Enhanced DBS on the Update Service
Strong communication skills and a calm, supportive approach
A genuine interest in supporting young people's wellbeing and progress
