Learning Mentor – Southwark – Primary School – September 2025 Start – Full Time – £90–£110 per day * Learning Mentor required in Southwark * Learning Mentor required to support pupils with learning, behaviour or well-being needs * Learning Mentor required for a September 2025 start * Must have previous school-based or pastoral experience Are you looking for a new Learning Mentor role this September? Do you enjoy supporting children to reach their full potential, both academically and emotionally? Are you confident working one-on-one and in small groups ? If so, this Learning Mentor role could be ideal for you! THE ROLE – Learning Mentor As a Learning Mentor, you’ll support children across the school who may be facing challenges with their learning, behaviour, or emotional well-being. Working closely with class teachers, SEN staff, and families, your role will involve 1:1 and small group support, helping pupils stay engaged, build confidence, and develop resilience. This position would suit someone with experience as a Teaching Assistant, Youth Worker, or in a pastoral or behavioural support role.
