Milk Education are recruiting for a caring and motivated Learning Mentor to join a supportive Secondary School in Redbridge. What You’ll Be Doing in the Role
Providing 1:1 and small group mentoring to support pupil progress and wellbeing
Helping students to develop resilience, confidence, and positive learning habits
Supporting pupils with barriers to learning, including social, emotional, and behavioural needs
Working collaboratively with teachers, pastoral teams, and parents to provide joined-up support
Essential Qualifications
Recent experience working with young people in an education, mentoring, or youth work setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to motivate, inspire, and build positive relationships with pupils
Patience, resilience, and a commitment to helping students succeed
